Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Costa Austral tuna (drained) 1 cup mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, or spinach) ½ avocado, sliced ¼ red onion, thinly sliced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt & pepper to taste.

Tuna Salad

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine the greens, sliced avocado, and red onion. Add the canned tuna, breaking it up slightly with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve immediately.

Creamy Tuna Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Costa Austral tuna 200g pasta (spaghetti or penne) 1 tbsp butter 1 garlic clove, minced ½ cup heavy cream ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp lemon zest ½ tsp dried oregano Salt & pepper to taste.

Creamy Tuna Pasta

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add cream, Parmesan, lemon zest, and oregano, stirring to combine. Mix in the canned tuna and let it warm through. Toss the pasta in the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and serve.

Crispy Tuna Patties

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Costa Austral tuna (drained) ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp chopped parsley ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika Salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying).

Crispy Tuna Patties

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape into small patties. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve with a dipping sauce like tartar or aioli.

  • 1 can of Costa Austral tuna (drained) 4 small tortillas ½ cup shredded red cabbage ¼ cup diced tomatoes ¼ cup chopped cilantro 1 tbsp lime juice 1 tsp chili powder 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream.
